Per USARJ guidance, any recreational functions over 25 persons taking place on USAG Okinawa require approval and an exception to policy. The entire packet of documents must be submitted to Ms. Natalie M. Boutte and Ms. Aubrie S. Hughes.
Contact information for both can be found in the attachments. All of the attachments must be completed before submission, incomplete packets will not be accepted.
