Authorized users:
★Unit Commander appoint Unit Fund Custodian & Alternate should be grade E-7 or above.
★Unit funds expire at the end of each fiscal year and do not carry over. It usually takes one month for application process, so request form deadline is September 1st, 2023.
Submit:
・Units UIC strength Figures (unchecked the social security number)
・DD Form 577 (signed by Commander and designated unit fund custodian)
