In light of the recent passing of Prefectural Governor Onaga, USAG-Okinawa and Torii MWR express our deepest condolences to the Okinawan community.
Out of respect for the citizens of Okinawa, the upcoming Open Beach event on Sunday, August 12th, 2018 has been cancelled.

Soak up the sun and enjoy both Japanese and American national holidays on Torii Beach. Torii MWR and U.S. Army Garrison - Okinawa invites our Okinawan neighbors to join us on Torii Beach on August 12th for our 4th Open Beach Day from 11:00 to 21:00!
Japanese Nationals can enter through Gate 4 (Toguchi Gate) to get to Torii Beach to enjoy the sun and fun! A valid picture ID card is required for entry.
