Summer's almost here! Get fit and healthy in our six week small group training boot camp, perfect for all fitness levels! This camp will focus on building strength, agility and stamina. Classes run 29 April through 7 June and will meet on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 0930 to 1030. There will be no class on Memorial Day, 27 May and make up sessions (if needed) will be scheduled 10-14 June.
